3 Super Simple Recipe Ideas
To accompany this super simple avocado hack, here’s recipe ideas to get your avocado on!
- Sprinkle chopped up avocado with Coconut Aminos (a healthy alternative to soy sauce) and eat as is.
- Mash avocado into a baked potato or sweet potato instead of butter, it’s delicious! You might also add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt or a sprinkle of coconut aminos for added flavor.
- Smash it into a bowl, mix with a couple spoonfuls or so of Amy’s Organic Salsa, add a couple dashes or so of Coconut Aminos, and use cucumber slices and/or brown rice cracker dippers! My son loves making this for an after-school snack.
Most of the ingredients with the links above can be found at your local market or health food store, I just tossed in some brands I know are free from added ingredients that can cause upset.
