BossFairy Inc takes a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that we look at how all areas of your life are connected.
I love guiding clients to get in touch with their body’s unique needs and I understand first hand that especially as we age, our needs change. You’ll uncover the self-awareness and the ability to really tune into your body’s wisdom, your intuition, to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance.

As your guide, while I won’t dictate a diet for you, together we’ll explore why some foods are best avoided, why some make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. We’ll co-create your health goals so you know exactly what you’re working toward.
Here are some concepts developed by the Institute for Integrated Nutrition (IIN) that we’ll explore during our time together:
It’s easy to overlook all the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all the other factors present in our daily lives.
As women especially we tend to have demands and expectations from many different directions, especially with career and family responsibilities, which can cause us to neglect our own needs and carry an incredible amount of stress.
Excess adrenaline from stress is incredibly corrosive to our bodies and also feeds pathogens, ultimately contributing to our symptoms and aging us way too fast!
Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and spiritual awareness are essential forms of primary nourishment that help reduce stress and can add years to our lives.
I’ll support you in achieving all your goals, from eating the most nourishing foods for your body and reducing stress, to nature connection and self-care rituals for living the magical, inspired life you’re here to live!
The concept of Bio-individuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. While whole oats may be a health-promoting food for one person, for another it causes bloating and digestive distress.
This is why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. So while there are a few pathogen-promoting ingredients that are best for us all to avoid, working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle and preferences.
During our work together, you’ll learn how to crowd out those foods that aren’t serving your highest health. By eating and drinking foods that are nurturing and healing you, you’ll naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy foods.
And the more you eat these healthy, higher vibration foods, the more your body will crave them. Simply put, you’ll crowd out the unhealthy food in your diet. While this takes a little practice to make happen, I’ll guide and support you along the way!
Although cravings play an important role in understanding what your body needs, when you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you’ll be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.
With this comes a beautiful sense of ownership and freedom around your health.
