In addition to whispering love and gratitude to your produce, there are even more ways to help your food attune to your specific needs!
Before cutting a piece of fruit or vegetable, or even before prepping herbs simply holding the ingredient in your hands for 30 seconds or so will allow it to essentially understand who you are and what you need, so it can provide that for you.
Lastly, when you walk by your produce, ripening on the counter, simply touching it with your hands as you pass by will also help it attune to your needs. You can do the same thing if you’re searching in the fridge for something and have produce in there!
In addition to creating lovely high vibe food, slowing down and doing this incredibly mindful practice, as you can imagine, has far-reaching positive implications on your overall health and state of mind as well.
